Beaches in the Area

Along the 80 kilometers of costs that delimit the territory of Arzachena there are about 50 beaches, of various shapes and sizes in a succession of impressive granite cliffs and snow-white beaches. With regard to the color and transparency of the sea, the name Costa Smeralda, The Emerald Coast, really leaves no room for doubt of the clarity and colouration.

The Capo Ferro peninsula, where the Colonna Resort is located, is enclosed by three beautiful beaches La Pitrizza, Liscia di Vacca and Cala Granu. The Pitrizza is characterized by the presence of rocks interspaced by stretches of white sand, the water is clear and shallow. Just beyond is the Liscia di Vacca beach, with  coarse sand. From this beach, equipped with many amenities (including a mooring for small boats), you can enjoy a beautiful view of the islet of the Capuchins and the Archipelago of La Maddalena. On the east side of Capo Ferro is the Cala Granu beach, a bay sheltered from the wind, easily accessible and characterized by white sand and shallow water, which makes it particularly suitable for families with children.

Continuing along the coast road heading south to find other beautiful beaches we pass by the Porto Cervo resort and head to Cala di Volpe. In this beautiful area rich with vegetation, the famous Pevero golf course is located, are the incredibly beautiful beaches such as La Celvia, Capriccioli and The Princes.
